MY PHILOSOPHY

The healing philosophy to which I ascribe is that the body has it's own innate healing ability, the body is capable of healing itself. Through the use of my skills and my knowledge I can aid this process. I believe in treating my clients in a holistic manner incorporating all facets of an individuals mind, body and spirit. Empowering my clients to take an active part in their own healing gives me great satisfaction. Bearing this in mind, healing is a gradual process and clients need to allow themselves time to repair, restore, relax and rejuvenate.
